Mercy Johnson

Mercy Johnson is a Nigerian actress. She made her acting debut in the movie, "The maid" in which she played the role of a possessed house help. Mercy comes from a family of seven children. She got married to Prince Odianosen Okojie at Christ Embassy Church, Oregun, Ikeja in Nigeria on 27th August, 2011. She is the mother of a baby girl called Purity who was born on 30th December, 2012 in the United States of America.

Mercy has won several awards including African Film Award for best supporting actress in 2009 and the best actress at Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards in 2013.

Mercy Johnson do lots of charity. She is the founder of The Mercy Johnson Foundation for children and widows. She makes donations, gives out school materials to students and distribute drugs and medical equipments in hospitals.
